Less Is More - Week 73

Good afternoon everyone, hope you are all having a good weekend and are managing to keep dry!  I thought this morning I was going to have to get Den to build an Ark the rain was so heavy but thankfully the rain stopped, the sun came out and Den put his hammer and nails away!

The Less Is More Challenge this week is paper piecing.  This is something that I have not done a great deal of but must say I enjoyed making this card:

The leaves and grass were coloured with Promarkers.  The paper for the flowers and green card are from stash.

We stayed inside today, and turned our living room into a cinema, works great for staying dry.

Hi, Zip! Oh, this is cute and you have been creating those most fabulous cards lately. Have just gotten myself caught up (silly Blogger hiding my bloggy friends' works of arts, grrr). Fantastic pick of stamp for a paper-piecing card... different from all the obvious choices of clothing. Glad you are keeping calm and crafting on despite the rains! LOL Hugs, Christy

I love this cute CAS card Lynda - the flowers really pop. I sympathise with the notion of an ark - we could do with one round here too!
