And Another One!

I'm back again folks this time with a card for Crafty Catz Challenge which is Snowflakes Stars Sentiment:

The image, which was another freebie from a craft mag, has been coloured with Spectrum Noir pens and paper is from the Papermania Christmas Tidings pack.  The image is a stamp but I cannot remember from where, the gold card is from stash.  The snowflakes and stars for this challenge are in the papers and of course star on the Christmas tree!

Right, I'm off for a cuppa now and a cuddle with my Roly!

Glamour and Glitz

Good afternoon everyone and hope you have managed to avoid the nasty storms that have been hitting us all.  We had heavy rain last night and was quite blustery this morning but it has settled down now and the sun is out and even though its very cold it is a beautiful afternoon.

The Less Is More Challenge this week is Glamour and Glitz:

The image is a freebie from a craft magazine and coloured with Spectrum Noir pens.  I have glittered her to within an inch of her life, using Sakura stardust pens on her dress, shawl, head-dress and jewellery but it does not show in the photo.

Talk About Last Minute!

Good afternoon bloggers!  Goodness it is soooo cold here and now its gone very dark and raining brrrr.  Not a day for being out and about but we nipped into town this morning, I needed a new pair of boots and ended up getting Den a new pair of shoes too!

Last night, about 9.30 ish, as I was just about to make a cuppa for us both, raid the cupboard for a biscuit or two or three and then flump on the sofa Den got a text message from a friend of ours 'can Lynda do a birthday card for my mum, she likes fairies and I need it for tomorrow morning'!  I nearly had a heart attack!  At that time of night!!!! You got to be joking!  Anyway, a hour later it was finished but I do not want shocks like that again especially as I was half asleep!

Image is coloured with Spectrum Noir pens and glittered her wings.  The papers are from Forever Friends Pink Parfait.

The sentiment is computer generated and the green and pink card and pink rose are from stock.

Whizz Bang!

Good afternoon everyone, hope you are all managing to keep warm and snug.  Very cold and frosty here, though I must say I do like a frost, looks so pretty!  Yep I know, I'm weird but it makes my life interesting!

The Without Words Challenge Blog this month is Whizz Bang, in other words, bright colours!  This is my take on it:

The image is from a set by Papermania called Christmas Tree and is coloured with Spectrum Noir pens.  I have also used Sakura Stardust pens for highlights and the tinsel is silver glitter.

Going Down Under!

Good afternoon one and all!  Hope everyone is well, there seems to be a lot of bugs and germs going round, a few of my friends have been ill with colds, sickness and tummy bugs.  I've managed to keep germ free and hoping to stay like that!

Just go back from collecting Roly from the hairdresser after having his hair cut.  It had got really long and he looked bedraggled so we had to have his hair cut.  Luckily his hairdresser knows at this time of year he does not want a 'summer cut' so he does not cut as much off, don't want my little boy getting a chill!

The card below is a special order for a teacher who Den works with.  I have got one on sale at the school and she wanted it exactly the same with a different greeting.  She is going to send it to friends who live in Australia:

Sorry for the terrible quality of the picture it was taken in bad light but at this time of year what other sort of light is there!!!

The image is from a Forever Friends set called Cosy Christmas and is coloured with Spectrum Noir pens.  The sentiment is computer generated and everything else is from stash.

Less Is More

Hello my lovely blog buddies, hope you are all keeping well.  My goodness, hasn't the weather turned cold?!  Brrrrrrr.  Definitely the time of year for staying indoors where its warm and cosy and playing!

This is my first challenge for months!  I have missed doing them so much!  I am entering this in the Less Is More Challenge - Houses:

I must apologise for the quality of the photo, the light here is just so bad.  I really must invest in a day light lamp.

The image is a freebie digital stamp which I have had for ages and cannot for the live of me remember where I got it from.  I really must remember to keep a note!  I have coloured it with Spectrum Noir pens.
